Qualifications

• Active tax credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney) and tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite role with standard business hours and potential peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team to deliver end-to-end TurboTax services.
