Job summary

Intuit is seeking Tax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building relationships with clients and the local community.

As a Local Service Expert, you’ll collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience that empowers customers to achieve positive financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience preparing 30+ federal and state Form 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Must complete required training and wear company uniforms.
• Interest in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with cross-team collaboration.
