Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/ advisory.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Build and grow a local client base; drive referrals and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to serve clients comprehensively.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and via Intuit tools.
