Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice for personal and small business needs, while collaborating with a broader team of specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location (20+ hours/week).
• Upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be featured in advertising.
• Must reside within the United States.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future planning advice.
• Grow local TurboTax client base and drive customer loyalty with marketing support.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory teams.
• Build local relationships and deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience with clients.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
