Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location, delivering hands-on tax preparation and expert advice to individuals and small businesses. You will grow your local client base, partner with specialists, and help clients navigate complex tax scenarios while leveraging Intuit resources to provide year-round support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attny with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office 8am–5pm M–F for at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and development; uniforms and name usage for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, and events.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and other Intuit solutions as needed.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
• Collaborate with a team of specialists to create an end-to-end Intuit experience.
