Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end service.

You will grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and support community outreach using TurboTax tools and marketing resources.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years of filing 1040 returns with professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into other service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training from Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00, for at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax prep for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Identify deductions, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning advice.
• Act as a local ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end client experiences.
