Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and coordinate with specialists to deliver the full Intuit experience for individuals and businesses.

You will also grow TurboTax’s local client base, build relationships in the community, and participate in marketing initiatives to promote prosperity. This is a nonexempt, onsite role nationwide.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid 1040 returns filed per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Support complex personal and business tax scenarios and planning.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for end-to-end service.
• Engage clients in person and via Intuit marketing resources.
