Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services, while also growing the local client base and connecting customers with Intuit’s broader ecosystem of services. This role emphasizes a customer-centric, community-focused approach, with opportunities to engage in local events and provide year‑round support for clients’ financial needs.

Qualifikationen

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season with professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and referrals.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and remotely.
• Represent TurboTax as a trusted local ambassador and promote brand awareness in the community.
