Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site locations across the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and support TurboTax software for both in-person and virtual clients.

You will collaborate with a team of tax professionals, grow a local client base, and help deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience that connects customers with bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory)
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, min 20 hrs/week)
• Willing to complete all training and development as required by the business
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable using your name/picture for advertising
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence for the community
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (simple to complex scenarios)
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services
• Grow the local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience using Intuit tools and resources
