Job summary

Intuit is seeking enthusiastic Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax return preparation and personalized tax advice at TurboTax locations. You will engage with in-person and virtual clients, build relationships, and help expand the local TurboTax client base.

You will collaborate with a network of specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless, year-round Intuit experience and drive community engagement.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Minimum of 3 years filing 1040 returns (federal/state)
• Familiar with Circular 230
• Willing to upskill into additional service types
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, 20+ hours/week
• Willing to training and development per business needs
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax return preparation and expert tax advice for TurboTax clients
• Grow local client base through outreach, community events, and partnerships
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver full Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning)
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via TurboTax tools
