Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site TurboTax locations. You will provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services, serving both in-person and virtual clients and collaborating with a broad team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.

You will actively grow the local client base while leveraging marketing tools to build relationships and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with extensive tax knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory with training.
• Must work onsite 20 hrs/week, 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri.
• Must complete training and development as required by the business; uniforms and branding rules apply.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and drive loyalty.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships to turn transactions into long-term client engagements.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professional service and clear tax guidance.
