Intuit is seeking motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide expert tax advice and full-service tax return preparation at a TurboTax location. You will collaborate with specialists to serve clients, build a local client base, and deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience in person and virtually.

You will engage with customers, drive loyalty, and participate in local events while leveraging Intuit resources to support community prosperity.

Qualifikationen

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Must work onsite 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Completion of required training and development programs.
• Uniforms will be provided.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, optimize tax Liabilities, and plan taxes with clients.
• Partner with specialists for business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Act as the local face of TurboTax and foster client relationships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtual.
