Job summary

Intuit Inc. in the United States seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. You will provide on-site tax preparation, expert guidance, and connect clients with a broader Intuit ecosystem to deliver end-to-end service.

You’ll grow local client bases, participate in community events, and work closely with tax, bookkeeping, payroll and advisory specialists in a collaborative environment. Must reside in the U.S. and be willing to work onsite.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation for 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax advice for TurboTax clients.
• Collaborate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and community events.
• Serve as local face of TurboTax and build long-term client relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
