Job summary

Intuit Inc. in the United States is seeking motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work at local TurboTax locations. You will provide on-site tax preparation, expert advice, and connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem to deliver end-to-end support.

You’ll grow a local client base, conduct outreach, and collaborate with a team to deliver in-person and virtual TurboTax experiences. Eligible candidates reside in the U.S. with tax credentials and can commit to 20 hours per week onsite.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory with training.
• onsite presence 20 hours per week; training and uniforms required.
• Interest in building local and online presence for TurboTax.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with accountants, bookkeeping, payroll and advisory teams.
• Build relationships and deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
• Interact with clients on-site and via Intuit video tools.
