You will work onsite at a TurboTax location with in-person and virtual clients, collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• Must hold EA/CPA or equivalent legal credential (PTIN required).
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (federal/state).
• Willing to work onsite, up to 40 hours/week, with training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through community outreach and targeted prospecting.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams to deliver end-to-end services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
