Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking energetic individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, offer expert guidance, and connect clients with Intuit’s broad ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services. You will build personal relationships within the community, drive new client growth, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience through on-site interactions and virtual

Qualifications

EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, minimum 20 hours/week.
Willing to wear uniforms and participate in advertising using your name/photo.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) beneficial.
Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base.
Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning, etc.).
Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build lasting relationships.
Engage with clients in-person and via Intuit video tools.
