Intuit Inc. is seeking passionate individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a U.S. location. You will deliver full‑service tax preparation, provide expert tax guidance, and act as a local ambassador to grow TurboTax’s presence in your community.

Working onsite, you’ll collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, helping clients navigate complex tax scenarios and plan for the future while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week.
• Training and development required by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable using your name/picture for advertising.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations and provide future tax planning guidance.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and events.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and via digital tools.
