Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site full-service tax return preparation and expert tax guidance at TurboTax locations in the U.S.

You will engage with clients, uncover deductions, and provide future tax planning while collaborating with a broad team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. You will grow the local client base, deliver a seamless Intuit experience, and participate in community events.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Lead local outreach, grow the client base, and partner with marketing tools to build community presence.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end service.
