Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation and expert advice to in-person and virtual clients, working onsite with a collaborative team.

As a Local Service Expert, you will build a local client base, connect clients to Intuit’s ecosystem for bookkeeping, payroll, and planning, and deliver an end-to-end experience using TurboTax tools.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney certification with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Coordinate with broader Intuit ecosystem for holistic client service.
• Deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience in-person and virtually.
