You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, while growing the local client base and collaborating with Intuit specialists to deliver year-round support. You will engage with clients in a fast-paced environment, build trusted relationships, and leverage marketing tools to expand community presence, with onsite

Qualifications

• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to build and grow a new customer base for TurboTax.
• Introduce clients to Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning as appropriate.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual meetings.
