Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building a local client base and community presence.

You will represent TurboTax, engage with prospects, and grow relationships through marketing support and community outreach, all while delivering accurate tax solutions in everyday language.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Must reside in United States and be able to work onsite (20+ hrs/week).

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally, engaging with prospects and converting them into clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers across simple to complex scenarios.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term relationships through professional, helpful interactions.
