Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will assist customers with full‑service tax return prep, tax advice, and software support, while growing the local client base and delivering an exceptional in‑person experience.

You will be a trusted advisor, engage with the community, and leverage marketing support to build relationships and foster prosperity.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN is required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax guidelines.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, at least 20 hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and engage in front‑facing retail work.

Responsibilities

• Be the proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and serving as a trusted advisor.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Engage with clients in-person and utilize TurboTax tools to support tax planning and education.
