Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, leveraging your tax knowledge to tailor solutions. You will also help grow TurboTax’s client base in the local community, build relationships, and participate in local marketing efforts while delivering an exceptional customer experience in a front-facing

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience with deep knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays to Saturdays, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local/social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must wear a TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador and engage with local prospects to convert them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions and optimize tax outcomes.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
• Interact with customers in-person and using Intuit video tools and resources.
