Intuit Inc. is seeking passionate TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while building relationships and growing the local client base. You will represent TurboTax in the community, lead outreach, and collaborate with marketing support to expand the customer footprint.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing federal and state returns using professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sundays–Saturdays, for at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan for the future.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
