Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full‑service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in‑person customers, helping them navigate their taxes and achieve positive financial outcomes.

You will grow TurboTax’s local client base, establish long‑term relationships, and collaborate with marketing and our network of professionals.

Qualifications

• Active license (EA/CPA/attorney) with tax prep experience
• PTIN in good standing to file taxes
• Onsite ability and weekend availability
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers
• Support local client growth and referrals through outreach
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships
