Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, serving as a trusted advisor to help clients achieve favorable financial outcomes.

You will engage with the local community to grow your client base, deliver a best-in-class customer experience, and collaborate with marketing and TurboTax resources to build a thriving business

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/attorney license required.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, minimum 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver personalized explanations using plain language and leverage resources to solve tax issues.
