Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation and tax advice, helping customers navigate complex situations.

You will also grow TurboTax’s client base through local outreach and create long-term relationships, supported by TurboTax marketing and software resources.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willingness to work onsite 20+ hours per week in a TurboTax retail or flagship location.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation services and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Lead discovery sessions, identify deductions, and offer tax planning guidance.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with a service-minded approach.
