Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software/product support to in-person customers, helping them navigate complex tax needs.

This role emphasizes local community engagement, client development, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience, with a focus on building long-term relationships while representing TurboTax

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred with strong tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions, minimize taxes, maximize refunds, and plan for future tax years.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via TurboTax tools.
