Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You’ll provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, applying tax knowledge to their unique situations and delivering clear, personalized guidance. As a local ambassador, you’ll grow the TurboTax client base, build relationships, participate in local marketing, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must have or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be available onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours/week, including Sundays.
• Interest in growing local TurboTax presence and marketing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Must be comfortable working in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects to convert them into clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help clients achieve their financial goals, both in-person and via available tools.
