Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and product support to customers in person, acting as a trusted advisor in a retail setting.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, participate in local marketing, and help customers navigate tax questions with personalized language, while promoting Intuit’s mission of powering prosperity.

Qualifications

• Active tax license (EA/CPA/attorney) and PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation (1040) for federal/state returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan taxes.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person at TurboTax locations.
