Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks skilled TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will deliver in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while growing the local client base and building lasting relationships in the community. You’ll leverage tax knowledge to guide customers through personal and business tax scenarios, with marketing support and tools to expand your presence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally and as a public face.
• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert to long-term clients.
• Lead and participate in local marketing with TurboTax support.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Handle simple to complex tax scenarios and provide tax planning advice.
• Utilize government resources and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions.
