Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, serving as a trusted advisor in the local community.

You will grow TurboTax’s client base by attracting new clients, delivering excellent customer service, and building long-term relationships with customers, while representing Intuit locally and participating in local marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Onsite availability Sunday–Saturday, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns using professional tax software.
• Bilingual EN/Spanish is a plus.
• Must reside within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and public face.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
