Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, building trust with clients and expanding the local client base. You will serve as a friendly, professional ambassador, helping customers navigate tax complexities and achieve favorable outcomes while representing Intuit’s mission.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert to long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts with TurboTax to grow client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Assist with tax planning and reviews to maximize refunds.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences in-person.
