Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, helping customers navigate complex tax situations with empathy and clarity.

You’ll engage with the local community, grow your client base, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while representing TurboTax and Intuit in a professional retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Onsite availability at TurboTax retail/flagship locations in the US.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers (personal and business).
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver clear, personalized tax solutions using government sites and professional tools.
• Create a positive customer experience and build long-term client relationships in a retail setting.
