Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will do in-person tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and support TurboTax software while building a local client base and lasting relationships with customers. You’ll act as a community ambassador, leverage marketing support, and contribute to a thriving tax service business.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses/certificates.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Retail front-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging with local prospects and turning them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals using TurboTax tools.
