Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while coordinating with a broader team of specialists to deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will grow TurboTax’s local client base through community outreach, workshops, and partnerships, building long-term relationships and driving customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via TurboTax tools.
