Intuit Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax prep and expert advice at a local TurboTax location.

You will engage with clients, assess their tax situation, and coordinate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end support within the Intuit ecosystem. You’ll grow the local client base, build trusted relationships in the community, and help customers achieve better financial outcomes using TurboTax tools and services.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid returns (1040) prepared yearly using professional software.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service areas.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and participate in branding.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients withIntuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual channels.
