Job summary

Intuit is seeking experienced TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while growing a local client base and connecting clients to Intuit’s broader services.

You’ll collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver a full, end-to-end experience for each customer, focusing on personalized service and community engagement within your local market.

Qualifications

• EA licensure and tax expertise required.
• Active PTIN to file taxes is required by law.
• Experience preparing 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparations for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver exceptional, end-to-end customer experience in-person and virtually.
