Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will collaborate with a team of tax and advisory specialists to deliver end-to-end service and grow the local client base. You will connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning resources, while maintaining a personal, trustworthy relationship.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of preparing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Comfort with onsite TurboTax office locations and daytime hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with complex tax situations including personal and business income, deductions, amendments.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and ongoing client support.
