Intuit, Inc. is seeking passionate TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and personalized advice, collaborating with a broader team of specialists to address a client’s complete financial picture.

You’ll engage with local communities, attract new clients, and deliver a best-in-class tax experience across in-person and virtual channels, backed by Intuit’s marketing and resources.

Qualificações

• Must have active tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney) and strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN active required by law to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season with professional software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Link clients to Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver end-to-end, in-person and virtual service with a customer-first mindset.

Conhecimentos

EA/CPA/Attorney

Active PTIN

Tax prep experience 30+ returns/season

Upskill in bookkeeping/payroll

Onsite schedule 8am-5pm 20 hrs/wk

Training/compliance readiness

Uniforms and advertising using name/pH

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
