Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver full-service tax preparation and expert guidance at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work closely with a team of specialists to understand each client’s entire financial picture and coordinate services across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. As a trusted community ambassador, you’ll attract new clients, conduct local events, and leverage marketing resources to build a thriving local practice

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Attorney with tax prep experience required.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build long-term relationships and deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experiences, both in-person and via video tools.
