Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering tax preparation, expert advice, and software support to individuals and small businesses.

You will collaborate with a team of specialists to provide end-to-end solutions while building long-term relationships in your local community. Responsibilities include client discovery, tax planning, and expanding the local client base through outreach and events.

Formación

• Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation (30+ federal/state returns per season) using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20 hours/week min, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri.
• Willing to complete required training and development and wear company uniforms.
• Interest in building local community presence and online content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients, from straightforward to complex scenarios.
• Lead local growth, outreach, and community partnerships to grow client base.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Guide clients through tax planning and maximize refunds while minimizing liabilities.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
