Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and expert tax guidance at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will work with a team of financial professionals to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and drive community growth.

You will advise clients, handle simple to complex tax scenarios, and leverage Intuit’s ecosystem to offer bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services, while building lasting relationships with local customers.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income, deductions, amendments.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships to drive growth.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver a superior customer experience with clear communication and accuracy.
