Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance at local TurboTax locations. You will work with personal and business tax scenarios, collaborate with a broader team of tax and advisory specialists, and engage the local community to grow the client base.

You will deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences, combining tax knowledge with customer service and marketing support to build trusted relationships and drive year-round prosperity.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hours/week; hours may scale up during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future planning.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally and build long-term relationships through outreach and community partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, Credit Karma) for year-round support.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and via Intuit video tools.
