Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to prepare taxes, advise clients, and grow the local TurboTax footprint at on-site locations across the United States. You’ll collaborate with specialists and provide end-to-end Intuit support, including business and personal tax scenarios.

You will engage with clients face-to-face and virtually, build trusted relationships, and participate in community events, while upholding company standards and training requirements.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador, building a new local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via video tools.
