Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to serve customers at a nearby TurboTax location.

You will provide on-site tax preparation, personalized advice, and collaboration with a team of specialists to address complex tax scenarios. You will grow the local client base through outreach, events, and word-of-mouth, delivering a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience and connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be able to work onsite 8:00–17:00, >=20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete all required training and wear uniforms.
• Interest in building local and online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual EN/ES is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as part of Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with a personal, trusted approach.
• Engage clients in person and via video tools, addressing inquiries.
