Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert tax advice at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will work with a team of financial professionals, serving in-person and virtual clients, and help growth of the local client base.

You will connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning solutions, ensuring a full, end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; minimum 20 hours/week.
• Complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms; use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients; handle simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base; lead outreach and community events with TurboTax marketing support.
• Connect clients to Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, Credit Karma) to address needs.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience with professional service.
