Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to deliver hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will work onsite, collaborate with specialists, and help grow the local client base while providing end-to-end TurboTax experiences. The role emphasizes in-person and virtual client service, with opportunities to expand into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as part of Intuit’s ecosystem.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ 1040 federal/state returns per season using professional tax software; Circular 230 knowledge.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training from Intuit.
• Willing to complete required training and development as determined by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising materials.
• Interest in building a local and online presence and creating tax tips/resources.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across simple to complex scenarios.
• Lead discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Collaborate with team specialists for a seamless end-to-end client experience.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Serve as the local face of TurboTax and drive customer loyalty.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and assist with tax planning.
