Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert guidance at a local TurboTax location. You will work with clients in person and virtually, covering personal and business tax needs while coordinating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll and planning.

You will also drive local growth, build relationships, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience through direct community engagement and marketing-supported outreach.

Qualifications

• Must hold active EA/CPA/attorney credentials with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 rules and tax compliance.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, referrals, and community events.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build long-term relationships and ensure year-round client support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and educate clients on tax strategies.
