You will serve personal and business clients, coordinate with a team of specialists, and drive local client growth while delivering an end-to-end Intuit experience. The role emphasizes building trusted relationships, offering tax planning, and expanding services with community outreach and events.

Qualifications

• Must hold active tax credentials (EA or CPA) and PTIN as required by law.
• Several years of paid tax return preparation experience with federal/state returns.
• Willingness to grow into broader services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location and meeting clients in person.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations including personal and business income and amendments.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, and provide future tax planning.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal experts to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-person and via video tools.
